ROCK SPRINGS NATIONAL BANK, a prosperous organization in Western Wyoming, with $275 million in assets, was quite simply out of space when they came to NewGround. They needed a new main office facility that would allow for future growth, and establish a solid foundation in the revitalized downtown area of Rock Springs, which now houses the town's professional market.
NewGround created a main office that accounted for current operations requirements, as well as projected growth, and the impact it would have on back office departments responsible for maintaining customer service functions. The 31,165-square-foot, two-story main office speaks of quality and sophistication. The elaborate facility features an entry plaza anchored by a 50 ft. clock tower. The grand entry point leads to an elegant lobby and waiting area that hosts a stone fireplace and leather chairs. A training room, board room, and offices reside on the second floor. Staff underwent training to leverage the new building and readdress the bank's commitment to the community, as demonstrated by the cultured main office.
