Situation

Speed to market was a priority for Harleysville National Bank as they journeyed into East Norriton, PA. Just as important was creating a customer-centric banking center that showcased the bank's product and service offerings. The new facility needed to differentiate the bank in the marketplace, and provide their customers with a dynamic banking experience.

Solution

Harleysville National Bank used NewGround's Accelerated Development program to enter the market quickly. Modular building structures were delivered to the construction site and assembled to create the facility. NewGround then employed a modern retail design within the building, utilizing elements like modern furnishings, digital signage and product and service kiosks to bring a sophisticated ambiance to the retail space. The bank also included a Wealth Management Center to inform customers on what has recently become a financial concern for many individuals. In addition, a coffee bar offers a more personal and comfortable atmosphere for conducting financial transactions. With a new branded look and feel to their branches, Harleysville National Bank stands out in the Eastern Pennsylvania market. This contemporary space provides a more welcoming and encouraging banking experience that has elicited a positive response from both employees and customers alike.
